• ICS1113 - Optimization

  This class provides an introduction to mathematical modeling and optimization. Topics include linear programming, the simplex method, duality and sensitivity analysis, integer programming, nonlinear optimization and dynamic programming, among others.

• ICS3143 - Integer Programming

  This class provides an introduction to the theory and application of integer programming. Topics include formulations, branch-and-bound, valid inequalities, polyhedral theory, complexity, and decomposition methods, among others.

Fall 2013

• ISyE 3133 - Engineering Optimization: Instructor

  This class provides an introduction to mathematical modeling and optimization. Topics include linear programming, the simplex method, duality and sensitivity analysis, and basics of integer programming, among others.

Previous experience

I worked several times as a teaching assistant at Universidad de Chile, at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Duties included recitation classes and grading homework and exams.
